We went and saw the doctor last week on Wednesday and were relieved just to talk to him. I had a huge long list of questions and he was kind enough to answer everyone and then when I was done he said... "Everything we have talked about could be for naught." Really there is no reason to worry too much until we know more. Our anatomical ultrasound will tell us what the placenta is doing and if we should still be concerned over placenta previa. We made our appointment for June 6 so that is when we will find out our baby's gender but also what my placenta is doing. So that will be a big day! Until then I'm on pelvic rest, low to moderate exercise and no heavy lifting. It hasn't been too bad but this last week especially I have found that it's been hard not to pick Cole up. Maybe he's been throwing more tantrums or maybe because I've been feeling fine and the shock has worn off a little... I'm not sure but it's harder to remember not to pick Cole up.
He's such a cute chunk. Yesterday he found his Koala back pack that Debbie D. gave him this last summer and he wore it all around. We think he felt like Chase because he would give me a kiss, go pat Chase's computer and then walk towards the closet saying "bye." He also seems to learn a few things from us... I for whatever reason give Chase a nice little hit as I or he walks by. Cole has started doing that to Chase. Just reaches out and gives him a friendly tap while he walks by. It's really the best. It's so fun having a 2 year old but it is also so trying. The good seems to out weigh the bad... I think.
